Meet Magellan: JOSH

We are going to start a weekly feature called Meet Magellan, in hopes of getting you more acquainted with our team.

First up: Josh Peterson

Josh joined Magellan in 2005 after earning a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Master Studies at Washington State University.  Like many of Magellan’s designers, Josh also has international experience having studied abroad in London where he examined European architecture and urban planning in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Ireland, and Scotland.
 
Josh’s hobbies include golf, basketball, football, camping & hiking.  In his heyday, he actually won the 2000’ Okanogan Valley Golf Club Championship, now days he plays more for leisure. Some other interests of his are photography and furniture design & construction.  He recently competed in the Magellan 2009 ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) Competition and placed 3rd [stay tuned for images of our competition – coming soon!]
 
Recent projects of his include Burlington Retail, Plymouth Poultry, and numerous small projects for Lake Washington School District.  He is currently working on a couple church projects and new office buildings as well as continuing Magellan’s work with Lake Washington School District.
