38 Ton Mechanical Unit Installed at PSE Factoria

The Puget Sound Energy (PSE) Factoria Service Center has received its 38 ton mechanical unit. The project, slated to have construction finished by July of 2009 is seeking LEED Gold Certification and this mechanical unit is a major component in the energy strategy. The building will feature Underfloor Air Distribution as well as a vegetated (green) roof and high performance glazing.

Kudos to Lydig Construction, along with Abossein Engineering  (Mechanical) and Dibble Engineers  (Structural) for coordination on this effort. Stay tuned for project completion photos in August.
